WebI've made 4 or so loaves using the Bittman whole wheat method and they've all come out pretty flat. Good flavor but very little rise compared to regular white start and bread flour. I'm going to keep trying but it is a little discouraging so far. The high hydration coupled with the final rise in the pot makes for a very flat loaf in my case.
