Web15 Hours Family Violence Training. +25 Hours of Battering Intervention Training. = 40 hours of Initial Staff Training. In addition, BIPP staff must receive ongoing staff development and all training must be pre-approved by TDCJ-CJAD. If training is not approved, TDCJ-CJAD must approve the training prior to staff attending the training. WebThe Family Place is a nonprofit agency that helps families hurt by domestic violence. All services are provided are provided free of charge, with exception of Supervised Child Visitation and the Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP).
